This past week was a short week because of conferences, so we focused on compare and contrast in reading. We worked out of our Storyworks magazine and compared and Ostrich and a Bee Hummingbird. In math we finished up our topic 2, multiplying numbers, 0,1,2,5,9 and 10 and will take a short test on Monday. Our next topic continues with multiplying focusing on the distributive property of multiplication. 

We finished up our science unit on matter and will be beginning a unit in our Social Studies program. Mapping our world.
