Language Arts-  Last week we read a story from our Storyworks magazine, Attack at Sea.  It was a story about the sinking of the Lusitania.  It was an interesting story that told us the cause of it going down as well as an account form someone that was part of it.  The kids were very engaged in the story.

Math-  We have been working on Equivalent fractions and had a test on Friday.  The test will be coming home on Monday.  Please look over the test with your children and return if necessary.  We will be working on time this week.

Social Studies- This past week the kids have been going to Mr. Pros for Social Studies. 

Writing- The kids were working on a writing piece about an unlucky day.  They had fun being creative with these.

Upcoming events and news...

Spring Break begins Thursday!  No school Thursday or Friday or the following week.  We come back on April 4th.
