Language Arts- Essential Question this past week- What makes different animals unique? We looked at the unique features that certain animals have that make them special to this world. We talked about visualizing while we are reading stories to help make the story come alive. We also worked on action verbs and locating them in sentences.
Math- This past week we were working on finishing up Topic 6. Our test will be on Tuesday this week. We will review on Monday during class. We will not be beginning topic 7 before Winter Break. We will be reviewing concepts already learned and continuing mastering multiplication.
Social Studies- We began our unit of Geography in Social Studies this week. We are learning about parts of a map and the different types of maps there are.
